· Directly from you, This is limited to your name, address, email address and telephone number, and any additional details that you volunteer.
How long we keep information
We will keep your personal information for as long as we need it. For example if you contact us for a quote and then decide to not proceed with the quote we will have no reason to keep your details and will delete them. However, if we do provide you with a service we will keep your details unless the client asks Green Tech Solar Ltd to delete them.

· Warranty and guarantee providers, we may share this information with companies with whom we buy parts from such as batteries and inverters so that the warranty is held in your name should an issue arise.
We will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
